Smyrna and Lavergne are situated halfway between Downtown Nashville and Murfreesboro. Make sure you visit Smyrna when the US Navy’s Blue Angels make their annual trip to town. Smyrna offers a great mix of both chain retail and dining and local hot spots. Karin’s Kustard & Hamburgers is a favorite local Mom and Pop shop for drive through burgers and scoops. Breaking Bread is a great spot for some filling Southern comfort food. Whether you have a hankering for Chinese, Thai, Mexican or a great steak you will easily be able to find something delicious among the many dining options in Smyrna.
